Yeah, it is pretty damn sweet. I'd say a cleric would benefit from it a bit more, but damn, any caster would love the plasma flares and +spell aim.

I get sprays of holy water coming off my runestaff doing extra damage, so blessing actually does come in handy. This of course already has flares, so it wouldn't be blessable.

The most awesome flares for a cleric are Guiding Light. Just hard to keep up though since you don't get to many charges from a cast.

It's fully charged, so I do not.

However, I will say that I've got a similar runestaff and I bought it 5 months ago at EG and I have yet to charge it. For whatever reason, they seem to last a good while.
