Just to clarify how 411 works with wand bows: If you use 411 on your arrows and don't have a wand loaded, it works just like any other bow (411 flares and the expected AS bonus). If you have a wand loaded and use arrows with 411, you won't see any kind of flares at all but you get the expected AS bonus.

If you have a wand loaded and use non-ebladed arrows, it will occasionally destroy the arrow. I don't know how often. I only saw one get burned up when I was testing it. Not sure how many shots but at least a dozen with a wand loaded firing (non-ebladed) 0x arrows.

I mostly used it as a plain 5x bow and only loaded a wand against a grizzled creature or plate-wearing grimswarm.
