~Neckworn, non-crumbly. currently holds 40 charges.
~easy to charge said one wizard, but this is subjective obviously.

Item history: originally marketed by GM as intending to last forever when it was first sold in an ICE age auction, in reality it 'only' had about 1000 charges. obviously it has been depleted since then, but it is still rechargable. unfortunately, due to game changes, it will not hold more than 40 charges anymore. bummer.

got screwed out of a lot of money but whatever. I'm trying to get an honest estimate now.

any help? thank you!

here's the data from Krakii....too many variables to be able to predict who it will work for and who not.

Modifiers = (MIU Skill bonus) + (Activator Skill Modifier) + (Stat Modifier)
+ (Magical Knowledge Bonus) + (INTUITION bonus) + (LOGIC bonus)
- (Spell Level * 5) - (Armor Penalty) - (Encumbrance Penalty)

The inherent magical hindrance of armor can also potentially cause activations to fail.
One must possess at least as many ranks of MIU as the level of the spell to be activated in order to succeed.

Might go up to 5 mil at auction, hard to say for sure. Everan was selling one about 2 months ago that was current bid 1.5 mil when he annoucnced he accepted a BO, not sure what that BO was.
