I bet those fetch a million? Not many pairs of boots that hold over a few items. Assuming of course they don't weigh in at 7 pounds or something.

Probably be more than 1 mil if they do indeed hold "any number of items". Is that medium amount for any number of items, or medium amount for a certain number? Also, what do they weigh?

Haven't been on my wiz in awhile but I had a pair of boots that may be similar, they opened and closed ..bought off the shelf from a merchant a really long time ago, had them altered.. they also held like 12-15 items. You may want to stick some wands in them or something just to check the actual amount of items that can go in. I believe these were originally something like a slim pair of white boots.
