Err, uhh, how do you put an account on hold?

Do you just go through the cancellation process and mention you'd like it held instead of cancelled in the 'why are you cancelling' box? I'm paranoid of losing my characters.

call up simutronics, talk with someone, I'm sure they'll help you through it.

You can still use the cancel option on their website. You state in the comment box that you want all the characters put on hold. That's what I did and I didn't have any problems.

Freezing the account is the way to go.
