I need some help.

Wondering if my warrior is OK.

Played him early GS4 for a little while but this was at least 10 years ago.

Have a fixskills left if something needs to be changed.

Looks good, you'll be trained for full plate soon so probably not worth fixskilling some PF ranks to get there asap.

What other cmans are you thinking when those points become available?

Blegh I wrote it down somewhere. I met with Madmountain (?) and I've no idea where that piece of paper went.

I think he said something about parry mastery to 5.

pmastery stops at 3 ranks, so you're good on that.

Here are my level 100 cmans, just for reference.

Combat Movement cmovement 2
Combat Focus focus 3
Specialization I wspec1 5
Side by Side sidebyside 5
Weapon Bonding bonding 5
Combat Mobility mobility 2
Combat Toughness toughness 3
Surge of Strength surge 5
Parry Mastery pmastery 3
Cunning Defense cdefense 1

wspec might be better left at 3 ranks, and you may not need to worry about toughness. sidebyside may be worthless too, if you primarily hunt solo.

Should I go for toughness next?

Warrior is Half-Elf. Rolled back when a few people you knew could tackle.

Actually toying with the idea of converting Paladin but being a war guild master was a lot of work and a VERY long road back when I did it.

Thinking that's a mistake...

Last question I guess.

Character just levelled so I've got quite some time to migrate out and get TPs to get to full plate.

I'd love to get it asap since character is wearing his gs3 plate back before he lost all those levels.

I hardly remember anything about this char since I've historically had casters, so this is kind of like my "second renaissance" of coming back to the game.

Hmm actually, that makes me wonder if everyone else uses toughness.

I do, 'cause without it I'd have 125 HP.

If I had to pick something next for you, I'd go with mobility. 100% of standing up when attacked while prone (and not incapacitated) is pretty sweet.

I always liked 1 rank of toughness myself for the extra HP boost at a cheap cost. Regardless of race

I do on my dwarf. Mostly because when I do die it is from bloodloss(Or crit kill from a spell). Gives me a little more time.

Actually toying with the idea of converting Paladin ...

Three words for you.

Dont Do It!

If you must play with spells, take a leaf out of Jeril's book and learn spells. If you want to raise folk, roll a cleric. Of course I aM biaised but DONT DO IT!

I'm going to second the Mobility suggestion. It has saved Marni's ass more times than I can count.

(And I'm not awake enough yet to make sense of the rest of your post and follow-up questions.)
