Max Stats for Aelotoi Empath?

Trying to max stats, any advice would be helpful please. (Bone Shatter) The Lost Ranger's doesn't work for me and the other one is down.

Gives me by 100:

CO - 95
DE - 100
DI - 100
LO - 100
IT - 81
ST - 84
AG - 100
IF - 100
WI - 100
AU - 100

I'd like to max CO and get strength up some if possible. The problem isn'the point placement, it's the parameters of the numbers above 70. Can anyone help me make this a little better please?
