He can't. GM has everything locked down. He can invite someone, but can't promote any of us enough to do it.

Some guy who transferred his main offserver and made his alt GM. He needs to be inactive for 30 days for Wayne to take over though.

Yeah and he knows it, he logged in at 28 days inactive.
