I'm not sure if this is already known, but six focused strikes came at 190 MOC ranks, not 195.

Can someone with access update the grid on Krakiipedia?

I changed it to 190. If anyone can prove otherwise I'll change it back.

It was actually already listed as 190 in one spot, and 195 in the separate table. The saved post says 190, so I always just assumed the 195 was a mistake.
