Got these from EG during a Tier 5 win
They allow the wearer a few scripts, more similar to a magic show. But also a key function of note is they allow gems to be silently stowed in the gloves, and pulled back out with a script.
Keep in mind they will only hold one gem at a time though, and aside from that "magic trick", if you also have a coin on you it will do a sleight of hand trick too with the coin.
Great for all you magicians out there I guess, but I have no price tag on them.
Was going to sell them to Vender for a million, but haven't gotten around to that point yet.
