What's the market for these?

I've been spending time on my enchanters doing up to 7x and have some 5/6/7x enchants kicking around that're now taking up space and I'm looking to get rid of em.

Most are relatively standard but nothing shitty like a 'scratched orase runestaff' or 'a bent rowan runestaff'.

Would appreciate input on 5x, 6x and 7x.

1m // 2.5m // 5m sound about right?

I'm going off of the standard enchant project costs (2m for 5x, 4m for 6x, 6-7m for 7x).

Cheers,

Dys

seems a bit high. I don't think I'd pay more than 2.5-3 for a 7x, but I always liked enhancive staves (since available)

Yeah I'm starting to think the tides are shifting away from higher enchants to the enhancives and flares on these guys.

Figured as much, but always hope for the best eh?

I have a similar project going....worst case scenario you could put the 7x away and keep it on hand. If you could land some merchant flares on it, it would be worth a pile. Sorta what I plan on doing.

That being said, as a player coming back from a 5 year break, I'd use a 0x runestaff and eblade it long before I would use a 7x runestaff. The increase in damage output is just too immense to sacrifice for a paltry 15 DS bonus.

Well, with the recent changes to runestaff DS, the higher enchant staves are actually a lot more useful than they were, so I don't think 5m is too much for a 7x now.

Thanks to the changes in runestaff DS and flares, I'd say a plain 7x staff is quite desirable because you can add flares to an enchanted staff via multiple methods, but you can't enchant a flaring one (without a stupid amount of PPs).

Supposedly you'll be able to enchant flaring weapons. You'll have to wait unti lthey're done the elemental review! RSN!

you can enchant enhansive or sancted items, but you need an alchemist priest or wizard to make the pre tempers
