It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of vultite.

A smoke grey vultite blade protrudes from a bronze crossguard carved in stylized flames. The handle is wrapped with timeworn leather that is visibly singed in many places. A solid bronze pommel inset with a brilliant orange topaz balances the weapon nicely. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.
There appears to be something written on it.

It has a bonus of +25 from a normal khopesh, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in edged weapons to use effectively. It also has some type of special ability, but you can't tell what yet.
The harmonics generated tell you that the khopesh has been infused with the power of a fire elemental.
