The main response was a reflection to a Warrior-Only CMAN which would be a hypothetical "charged up" attack. This would, in theory, take some time to muster, and would result in a greater bonus granted to ANY hostile attack used thereafter.
It is also good to know that Stealth has (I think) detailed that at least 40 new Combat Maneuvers (some which will be profession-specific) will be released in addition to those already disclosed.
