Was wondering if there was a way to have an attack routine based on how many of a target are in the room?
Would be nice if i walk into a room with 3 mobs i cast ewave, or mstrike, etc, etc, etc.

Not with bigshot alone, no. Its inability to handle multiple critters is one of the big downfalls of the script. However, you can put your own script in the attack routine within bigshot ("script <scriptname>"). From there I guess you could either make it a full-blown script that takes care of anything in the room or you could do something more simple and start the attack routine with a script to check npc numbers, status, etc and respond appropriately.

Damn that sucks. Hmm maybe i can convince someone to help me do that, i know nothing about ruby in anyway shape or form so making my own is a little bit of a far fetch.
