I'm curious, are you wanting it for the metal specifically, or because it is naturally sancted?

Good point! I am interested in it because it is naturally sancted. I intend to present it to a paladin friend as a gift (possibly after some further enchanting). Any permanently sancted tower shield (eonake or otherwise) would suffice.
