Color bot in TSC

While i rest in between hunts in TSC you can join me, whisper colors, and the script will evaluate the group and cast enough to bring the lowest duration in the group to 4 hours.

I also have it passively spelling up Shimmers (mobes to come soon).

Characters name is Obiwankenoobi.

Changed duration to 2 hours since my mana pool sucks and it takes a bit to cast 4 hours. I'll change it back to 4 hours once my mana pool is a tad deeper.
