Lilyhammer is coming to Netflix. Kinda funny show. Some might look on it as a Sopranos spin-off of sorts. Twin Peaks meets Sopranos meets Fargo crashes into some semblance of humor. Bang! Hell, there's even a Buscemi (Fargo) look/act-alike involved.
Short version: one of the guys from Sopranos (but not playing the same role) goes into the witness protection program. Decides that the small town in Norway where they held the 94 Winter Olympics would be a perfect place to hide out. Mafia runs into socialist naiveté covered in lots of snow. Well...I larfed, though I must admit that the script could be better. No lack of clichés, for one.
