So I took the advice of many and rerolled my Empath. He was only train 12 and wasn't in 30 day and I was told that I could level faster if I just restart. So I did and made some changes. I am train 5 and I have to say I'm loving the rp style of my new empath. I think I want to stick with the two-handed weapon, heal, and at later levels, if need be, use 1106 and other spells. I don't plan on getting spell aim at all. I want to do most hunting swinging.
please review.

Looks fine, the way you are doing it. May want to get three ranks of minor spirit for those first 3 defensive spells(or two if you dont use 102). And then continue training up major spirit for 211 and 215. If you continue to 2x spells, by level 20 can aim to have 20 empath, 15 MjS, 5 MnS.

TPs are going to be tight, after learning 219 and 120, you can probably stop training those circles, and work on getting lores if you desire, moving PT up to 2x(or 3x), and if you really plan to swing only, you can train armor past doubles. Then at higher levels be wearing full plate, which I've seen warpaths do. But that's something to worry about later.

If I were sticking with the warpath (two-hander) build, I'd only go up to brig in terms of armor. Either that or find a nice set of doubles.

If you are in your first 30, do a fix stat at the inn and max out full warrior style - 100s / 90s in str, dex, agil. While you're at it put your logic at 90+ that (-12) bonus is killing the speed with which you get to a higher level quickly before your first 30 is up.

Fix it back to what you want before the 30 is up and enjoy.
