Lich launcher bringing up Wizard installation

I don't know where on the login chain this problem is but all of the sudden when I try to use the lich launcher to enter GS I'm getting a download and prompt to install the wizard, even though it's already installed and nothing appears to be corrupted or messed up. Thoughts?

That shouldn't be a Lich problem. It's the Simu launcher that wants to install the wizard. The Simu launcher reads the registry to find the WizardFE. I would guess it's an issue with Vista/Win7 and something installed or running as admin or not, and the fake registry. Have you tried just letting it install?

I reinstalled, I don't know what the problem is, I lost some of my wizard profiles but not others. Something was deleted/corrupted I guess.
