cant connect to gs with verizon ...HELP please

Ok I have a verizon wireless broadband device i use for internet.

when i try to connect to gs, i can log in, pick my character, the stormfront window opens but does not completely load.

i can connect to any other website with no troubles.

i have tried using stormfront, wizard, e-scape, and java through the play.net website and none of them will load.

i have tried logging in using lich the stormfront window will load and lich activates and i can even send commands to lich and get responses but no gs. this happens on 2 different computers.... any ideas?

I highly doubt it's an issue with Verizon. Do/did you have psinet installed on these computers? I had to go through the registry and delete all occurrences of psinet to get GS to connect again.

Does your verizon device use 3G?

no psinet never had it on either computer. yes my device is 3g been using it for several years and was using it just yesterday. and i can connect to any other site i try.

It could be 3G related due to how GS works compared to a website. GS is a constant stream of info whereas a website is generally more of a burst. I've had the problem when I used to use a MiFi thing from sprint. It usually resolved itself, but you could be over the bandwidth allowance and it is slowing you down.
