I have been sitting here trying to think of a few alters to manifest the new image I see for my "fierce" lady warrior. While I usually go for skirts, I have decided to change my image.
The first thing I want to do is get pants made.
I know I want them to be low-slung, very tight, made of black leather, and be secured at the hips by a spikey Eahnor band with a Skull clasp in the center.
And while I know how I want them to look, I can't really think of a way to write it. I do want them to be a long alter... So pretty much.. I was hoping that someone could help me out.
My basic outfit idea is...
*tight black leather pants
*eahnor-scaled knee-high boots with black spikes (i want to pants to be tucked into the boots)
*a cropped-length strapless black leather bodice with external eahnor boning
So... if you have an idea for the description of the black leather pants... DO SHARE!

Well the death of most alters is when you try to fit too many ideas into one item. They start to look and feel clunky and entirely unwieldly.
some tightly-laced black leather pants secured with a silver skull clasp
some silver skull clasped black leather pants secured at the hip with an eahnor band

My apology, I meant I wanted a show... Not a long alter.
The base is just: some tight black leather pants
The show, I want to fit in my ideas.

some tight black leather pants
Fashioned to ride low on the hips, these shapely black leather pants act as second skin once someone has managed struggle into them. The ebon leather has been worked to a buttery-soft feel and gives off a light sheen due to the natural oils worked into the hide. Rounding off the look is a spike-adorned eahnor band clasped with a matching skull that acts as the belt.
Might be a little long, but you could always remove the second sentence and it would still sound okay.
The skull-buckle should have a special script, with when fiddled with, it causes said pants to drop.
tight black tight leather tight pants = teh

I like it a lot, but using "worked" in the same sentance is a bit redundant. Though I've never thought of "rounding off the look" - very nice.
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I will most definately use it/part of it when I create my pants.
Any other suggestions?

No one can resist a woman in tight leather. tight.

Damnit, pressed the wrong button after I typed all this shit. I hadn't noticed I used "worked twice. You could always say..."due to the natural oils rubbed into the hide".
Good Luck!

Tweaked it slightly to...

:gawk: Any other tweaks?

act as second skin once someone has managed struggle into them.
This might not go through, seeing as it implies they're tight on everyone.

It's a leather lycra mix but shhhh don't tell.;)
Artha actually makes a very good point. If they're already tight on your bony legs, what happens when a rotund giant, erm, tries them on?
The only solution is to have them made out of a material that will tighten up for any wearer, and that skin-clinging material is Latex.

what i've got:
some tight black leather pants [show] Black leather tightly envelopes the wearer to form these shapely pants, accentuating the wearer's figure for intimation purposes. The buttery-soft leather is rubbed with natural oils, making it give off a light sheen. A thick vultite chain center-clasped by a matching skull secures garment low on the wearer's hips.
some heavy plated vultite boots [show] Crafted of thick sheets of natural vultite, these knee-high boots offer both fashion and protection. The interior of the boot is padded with thick leather while the exterior has been studded with large black spikes.
a strapless cropped-length black leather bodice with external vultite boning

that goes for nearly all items. A short leather skirt can be short on a giant.. but would it still be short on a halfling or dwarf or gnome?
No.
A giant wearing a hypothetical mini-skirt would be a floor length-skirt on a midget.

For stuff like that, we have to suspend disbelief.
They just aren't keen on it for alters.
No. I know Artha.
Overhauling mechanics to make even critter-dropped clothing actually change its appearance based on race would be a technical nightmare.

I think they are rather keen. Just think of all the tight clothing women produce... or short clothing... Woman wear revealing clothing in elanthia. People just have to accept it. It's a garment. We suspend our disbelief and just accept that it will be what it is on everyone.
