Brief Character History:

The Current CHE Controller has established additional behavior guidelines for CHE officers. The following questions address your IC activities in GS. If the answer to any of these is yes, please provide details (e.g. location of the crime(s), date/time when the crime(s) occurred, length of sentence(s))

a) Have you as a player or the character applying for the Paupers Officer position EVER been LOCKED OUT of GemStone, even if the character may now return?
b) Has this Character been CONVICTED of one or more crimes in any Elanthian city in the past year?
c) Have any Characters on the same account as the Character applying EVER been BANISHED from any Elanthian city, even if the banishment has now been lifted?
d) Does this Character currently have any crimes on the books that are unresolved?

Due to the large amount of work done OOC behind the scenes for Paupers, please answer the following questions as you, the player.

1) Why do you want to become an Officer for Paupers?

2) What do you feel you can offer to the members of Paupers?

3) What do you expect from the other Officers of Paupers?

4) What does being a leader of Paupers mean to you?

5) What direction would you like to see the House of Paupers move toward, and what role would you like to play in making that happen?

6) Have you ever been an officer for a CHE or MHO? If so, please state what organizations and if you left the position please briefly state why.

7) Are you currently an officer for a CHE or an MHO? If the answer is yes, please answer the following questions:
7a) Which organization(s) and which position(s)?
7b) How much time on average do you currently devote to these duties each month?
7c) Do you know of or anticipate any conflict of interest arising from your service to your CHE or MHO(s) if you become a Paupers Officer?

(Note: A Player may serve as an officer in several CHE’s and/or MHO’s concurrently, but a Character can only be an officer in one CHE at a time and a Player may not have two Characters as officers in the same CHE at the same time.)

8) CHE Officers are REQUIRED by the CHE Controller to devote a minimum of 8 hours per month to their CHE and its members, being physically available in Elanthia and an active participant in their CHE. Are you able to meet this time commitment as the character applying for the Paupers Officer position?

9) Much behind-the-scenes work at Paupers is done OOC by email, IM and occasional in-game interactions; this is in addition to specific requirements regarding event participation and inductions. What is your expected weekly and monthly availability to donate your time to Paupers, its members, and its functions and events?

10) Please tell us anything else you think may be pertinent to the selection process. This is your chance to provide any additional information you want the Board to have in determining your suitability for an Officer position and to boast about how great an asset your character would be to Paupers as an Officer.
