Funny little scroll box thingy

Found this in my locker. Had it a while from some festival no doubt.

You remove an ebony vulture-etched box from in your jet black greatcloak.
You remove a luminous scroll from in your jet black greatcloak.
You place a luminous scroll in the vulture-etched box.

A whooshing noise followed by the sharp sound of metal scraping against metal emanates from an ebony vulture-etched box.

In the vulture-etched box you see an ebony vulture-stamped scroll.

get scroll
You remove an ebony vulture-stamped scroll from in your vulture-etched box.

I assume the idea is to enable people to sort scrolls more readily. No idea if it can be worked on to create specific scroll pattern and really not interested in finding out. Its a waggle finger thing for which I have no use. (If you have more info, feel free to provide it.. or not.)

yes, it is also breakable. They wear out.
