I don't know.. that's a free hall pass to beat the ever-loving crap out of a piece of shit human being... It helps that he looked extremely small to boot... so one punch = down for the count.

What I didn't like is he didn't have his foot on the perp's neck while calling the police. That would have been a nice touch.
