Huh? Your headline is completely misleading, the article never says anything about enviromentalists being considered terrorists, it mentions a specific radical group that are actually terrorists. That would be like someone pasting an article about abortion clinic bombers being called terrorists and saying it said Christians were terrorists. Or an article saying black panthers were terrorists and you saying it said black people were terrorists.

All groups have their nutjobs, calling the nutjobs terrorists isn't calling the group terrorists.

ELF, while violent, doesn't fall under "terrorist", in my opinion. A) they never attack living targets, and B) they don't do it to strike fear in people, which is the main definition of terrorism.


Criminals they are, yes....and no good, sensible Green associates with 'em (hell, I have problems with Greenpeace and PETA and I consider myself a bit of a Green)....but they're not terrorists. It's just a convienant label put on them so the PTB can justify wire taps and all sorts of uber secret shit under Patriot.

ELF are a bunch of tree-hugging nutjobs. Of course, I think it's funny when people protest PETA gatherings by planning large cookouts next to them.

And yes, they are terrorists. CNN wasn't calling all environmentalists terrorists, just the ones that burn cars and houses and make threats.
