any idea what +20 half plate with +1 spirit lore blessing ranks and +2 td bonus would go for?

I would guess well under 2 million. Not too many wear half plate an those that do do not wear it long. Within two or three levels of reaching half plate, you can wear full plate. Mostly it will be warriors, but this might appeal to a Palain or a Cleric.

It will be intersting to see what you get for it.

The +2 TD and +1 blessing lore are honestly not worth much. At best I think it falls in the "I need some armor just until I find a real set" category and won't fetch much of a premium over standard 4x. Call it maybe 100k-200k
