looking for something near cap. No one is offering high level ranger resistance anymore, I have the necessary enhancives, if I had a ranger I could do it and make back my investment in a reasonable time frame.

I have a friend that hasn't played in many, many years. I just emailed him to see if he'd want to sell his ranger. I think it is 70+, but I don't remember.
