character transfer question

How do they work?

If I have an account and want to buy a character off of another person's account, can I pay a fee and have that character transferred directly to my account?

Yes, account transferred to usually pays the fee (buyer).

You will need the account name it is being transferred from and the character name.

Form is on the GS website under "account".

I've done a couple transfers in the last month, they all took about 24 hours to happen...so very quick.
