For those who are addicted to Starbucks, they have a travel mug you can buy today only that will give you a free coffee everyday for the month of January. All you have to do is give them the mug and they fill it... so you can basically drink as much coffee as you want in January.
They are extremely limited (I just got 2 for gifts from a Target that opened at 8am.. and they only had 8 total mugs and were sold out in 5 minutes)

I can see it now. Just like that episode of Seinfeld where Kramer gets free coffee for his settlement. Wonder how long it would take for someone to get hyped up on starbucks and just fly off the handle.

Keep trying, Delias.
Well trying and giving up are the only two options. I tried giving up, and that apparently didn't work, so now I am back to trying. You've all brought this on yourselves.

Where are you working now? Grats on the coffee maker. I love our Keurig... but 2000 k-cups? That would take us a few years to use up.. and where the hell are you going to put them all??? That's over 80 boxes of coffee... and the shelf life on those are usually under a year.

Awesome bonus. I love my Keurig, but it seems to need descaling much more often than the literature suggested. I know we've got hard water, but that thing only seems to work on a hit or miss basis. Ugh.

Same place going on 4 months now.
They way they're packaged for distribution storage really isn't bad. 10 eighteen packs two by five in a box.
I plan on regifting a lot of it. Year shelf life is typical but they're actually good for several years just to not to the consumer paying $14 bucks average for a box of coffee.

I hear that a lot about them especially around here. The city water is hard as hell and most people draw from wells outside the city = rough on the brewers. Even my mr coffee takes a beating.

In the passed year everyone I know has quietly switched over to Keurig. I only noticed this in the past two weeks or so with all the holiday events in homes. When I ask the question it's always a demure, matter of fact proclamation of love for the simple device. I think I need to get with the times and find out where they are sold.

Everywhere.
Lowes, Target, Staples, Walmart, Kmart, Sears, Kohls, Bed Bath Beyond and on and on and on.

My parents use that Keurig thing too. The single brew ones with the coffee cup ingredient packs. They love it.

It's so much more convenient than making an entire pot of coffee... and far less cleanup.
I get my coffee from coffeecow.com Best prices for the Green Mountain brand I like.

Yeah. I did some "service" on my dad's over Thanksgiving and he was amazed how well the vinegar worked to clear it out. I generally do mine every two months or so (this after the first one was essentially destroyed because I didn't read the owner's manual; shame on me).

I use a keurig with k-cups. For coffee addicts like me, it's nice to switch flavors from cup to cup instead of drinking the same damn pot for a couple hours. Indispensible, imo, if more expensive.

They do... at double the price of Green Mountain. I've been drinking Green Mountain for a couple years now... well before Dunkin Donuts got into the K-cup biz.

Nice. My parents buy in bulk at Sam's Club. I think they get the Donut House brand. Any idea how the prices stack up? I may suggest the website if they kill it even with shipping.

I get mine for $13.99 for a box of 24 and I order $100 at a time, so I get free shipping, no tax and 5% off. It usually comes in a couple of days.

Haven't posted in a while, but I have to inject two things:
- I love my Keurig, for all the reasons already given. I would have shit myself in happiness if I was given one (AND 2000 K-CUPS!?!?!?) as a Christmas bonus. That is beyond awesome.
- I was bouncing around trying different K-cups types, but I've been buying the DD ones since a few weeks after they came out. They're cheaper than buying other K-cups in a grocery store, but not as cheap as buying K-cups online. That said, the coffee is great. I do keep some limited other K-cup varieties (teas, the iced coffee ones, etc), but the DD is my mainstay. I started buying the shelf-safe Mini-Moo's, and I'm in love.

I grabbed mostly Kona Blend, Breakfast blend but this shit is pretty damned good Wolfgang Pucks Hawaiian Hazelnut: Been digging on that hardcore last couple days.
Ps My old lady is madder than hell that I brew the k-cups in a mr coffee straight out of the filter for some reason. I told her hot water and coffee = coffee drink no matter what so stfu. Told her I'm never buying a Keurig brewer fuck that noise. (because that's her Christmas gift for the new house).

My dad has a senseo one cup maker. I like it better than the kurigs I've used. Plus, there is no plastic waste. You basically put a tea bag of coffee into it.
