Turning off popups in Stormfront

I know it's probably something I'm missing, but I've searched high and low and can't figure out where to turn off new windows popping up in stormfront - for example, news next - with Rencelas, it shows in the story window. On my other characters it pops up a news window. I know I've done it before but I can't remember or find it.

Any help?
