A lost pair of piercings - reward!

I'm looking for two piercings that were accidentally placed into a purse on the ground the night of the Silvergate Gala. I'm told that somebody out there has them and was looking for the owner, but no luck tracking them down.

I'm offering a decent bit of silver for their return, or even for information that leads to their return!
