So I was in Walmart looking for a giant duffel bag, and instead I bought two DVDs, which I'll have five days to watch.
Reservoir Dogs and Dogma.
I think I'll start right now.

I agree. That's a hell of a lifestyle adjustment for you, TheE.

Dogma is fun, I can't say I particularly liked Res. Dogs.
Go rent something fun and uplifting, like Harold and Maude.

I like to do things cold turkey. ;)
I quit drugs that way, I quit drinking that way (tho I never really started that), I quit regular pop that way (though there's no real step inbetween diet and regular, I guess). That's the kind of mentality I live under. I like deadlines.
I can already feel the zone drifting down on me, covering me like a veil. I don't often feel like this, when it just starts to click and rev up and get fucking going....but once it does, man, watch out.

Harold and Maude is COMPLETELY fun and uplifting.
Look for the hidden meaning, man, don't focus on the part where she offs herself.
And listen to the Cat Stevens.
Also, Artha, you pwn for even having knowledge of that movie.

Res Dogs was gay. And it had too many off-color jokes in it.
Dogma is a riot. Best movie that director ever made.
Harald and Maude IS uplifting, despite the murderous dark humor.
Good luck in any case.
It's funny, I just mentioned Harold and Maude on PSINet the other night. We were ragging on Grabbs for being young, and mentioning a bunch of shit he would have no idea about. He was talking about movies and said something to the effect of "Have you heard of Harold and Maude" which was of course replied with "Who?"
Only reason I know what it is, my high school social studies teacher was a bit... odd. He made us watch a few movies, including Citizen Kane and Harold and Maude. Both good movies.

I saw it last year :)
I still don't see the uplifting.

I'll just zoom in real close with Space Station cameras and pretend I'm right there next to him. Does that work?
