The "a beaker of Methais' home brew" (my stun drink), which is made upstairs in the laboratory behind the fel door in my house in Solhaven (2 blocks southeast from North Market, go door. I always leave it open it's never locked) is now able to be crafted by anybody instead of only me.
Just PUSH APPARATUS in the laboratory room and you're all set. There is no limit to how many you can make.
