A dark recurved bow.Stretching outward from the leather-wrapped grip, the long limbs of the bow arch into a crescent shape. Pulled taut between the coraesine-bound nocks that decorate each end is a thin, ethereal filament that has a faint, greenish cast. Dark dyes give the body a caliginous effect that makes it difficult to determine the type of wood used the piece's creation. A clear varnish creates a protective shell and seals the wood from harm against the elements. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

6x-10x cycling; has slow and knockdown effects. Poisons every shot (from 1-75)

I don't know much about it besides that it sucks, is it 3 arrows/targets Max?

For the record... Mfire does work with these bows. Also, when you get a flare for messaging such as: a splat of poison to the face that causes the target to claw at its eyes, or a melting/sizziling effect that causes both a slow and or a roundtime effect...they usually get the high end poison flare and run out of the room. So double the shot and double the effect... so why not mfire? Potentially ends your boss critter bounty and does wonders for GoS shaman and warlord tasks.

I'd get in two or three shots (one usually had a flare of some sort) and then went straight for the entrance to wait for the "You have completed your task." messaging. On the off chance the shaman or warlord would happen in I'd take a few more shots and either kill it outright or let bow continue to do its business. I mastered GoS with sniping ranger build with this bow. A fantastic item!

I disagree. My low level archer needs help with crowd control sometimes. I find mfire to be the right decision.

Sometimes waiting 3-4 seconds between shots isn't acceptable, and you need to hit/stun them both RIGHT NOW.

Did you have this enchanted? They were released orginally as 4x with arrows +1-30 so +21 to +50 was the baseline.

What base is this bow?

The player I know that has a draughtmans poison bow is 0x with upto 5x arrows. That said. This one was a grand auction item that started at a base of 4x bow with arrows that cycled in enchant +21 to 10x. I had this one worked on via PP's and had the base enchant increased from 4x to 6x.

The weapon base is longbow. I've updated the info page on the bow to reflect this.

Yes, Rimalon won it.

Unless there was 2 6x e-bows from DM, I bought the 6x bow and sold it recently. It was a 6x Lirion, not a poison.
