Updating Scripts

New to Lich and I want to do some tinkering with a script, but have no clue on how to get started. Is there a Guide anywhere that a newb to lich can go and fill his brain with all things lich?

There are threads in this very forum with that information. You might have to change your settings to go back further than 6 months or more, but they're here.
