One of Paul's old creations. Skull rings are scripted, can attune to a container and lock/unlock it with a zest. They also do a few other things, but I'll let the new owner figure them out as to not ruin the surprise :)

The skull ring is surrounded by an ethereal haze. Peering within the swirling shadows, you see a pair of ghostly hands and other less identifiable objects.
