Guild Master Promotions now only require two...

Effective immediately, promotion to Guild Master in any professional guild has the following nomination rules.
Prime: Two nominators, each of whom must either be a Guild Master, or eligible to become a Guild Master.
Platinum, Shattered: No nominators are required; any Guild Master or the appropriate NPC can promote somebody directly.
