I've got two entries each into Thursday night's weighting/padding raffles at EG, and don't have anything particularly special to add said weighting or padding to.

I'd be willing to meet up with someone ahead of time, carry their item(s) in with me, and get the service done on their behalf if I should win, for a fee.

If you're interested, PM me with which one you're after (weighting or padding), and how much you're offering to get the work done on your behalf. If I like your offer, I'll contact you and arrange pickup. You don't pay me until I deliver your item with the service performed. You reimburse me for the cost of the service, as well.

If I don't get any offers I like, I'll just use anything I win on some fairly average stuff and use it myself, and I'm fine with that.

Okay, I'll start at 1 million.

I'd have to check the sign / ticket to confirm the details, but I believe that it adds 10 points of weighting / padding to any item, with a max enchant of 8x.

I have a PM offer of 15m for the padding that I'm considering, and so far no offers on the weighting.

Odds are, based on other wins similar (See sighting), it will be an addition of +10 weighting/padding but will not exceed heavily.

The bow sighting was similar, in that if you havd say decent sighting and won, he wouldn't stack it past the heavy sighting.

So, I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say this raffle win will be for a maximum amount of heavy padding or weighting, nothing more.

I should have been clearer... this was the way I understood it as well. Probably a safe assumption.
