a polished hoarbeam runestaff - hoarbeam enchant - Flares give +6 CS or +10 AS if your warding or bolting.

The runestaff resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 3 to Health Recovery.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 12 times.
The runestaff looks to have a huge number of charges remaining.

The harmonics generated tell you that the runestaff allows a caster to occasionally focus their magical prowess for a single cast.

that sounds like a bug. Its supposed to be 5/3, so if it enhances CS by 6, it should enhance AS by 10 - unless treasure gen stuff doesn't follow the rules estild layed out.

are these things going to be coming out alot? do I have to charge it with adventurers guild points or does it flare forever?

It is 10 V. I was attacking in guarded and it was only 6. Not sure if thats right or what, but its 10 AS in offensive.
