in reference to installation, I'm having issues myself. I'm running windows 7 and perhaps there's some issue there - however, I have ruby installed successfully (or so it seems), yet I can't seem to actually install lich. I'm unable to extract it and set it up. As seen on the download instructions page at lichproject.org, there's the log in/installation screen that pops up but it won't actually let me install, or log in.

any ideas on what I might have done wrong?

Did you install the ruby gtk bindings?

I don't think so...didn't read up on it before I just installed the .exe - so how do I do that?

If you can see the log in window, you have the gtk bindings and they're working.
