As a warrior, am I dooming myself by not training in this? I know that the Berserk skill is dependant on it. But as a sword and board warrior is Berserk even going to be worth the effort without an crit-weighted weapon? I would appreciate any insights. Thanks.

If you ever want to use berserk effectively you want this, you'll still beable to use berserk to get out of stuns and webs and stuff though. You'll also suffer from DS loss by FoF, although when you have good redux and plate it doesn't matter as much. You should try to 1x it.
What are you training in that makes you not want to spend points on MoC? Depending on your hunting style, you might be ok without training in it, if you like to avoid swarms.
I suggest at least trying to 0.5x it so you can have 25 ranks by level 50. By then it will be pretty common to have 3 foes in one room, but 25 ranks will negate any DS penalty.
Even if you don't use berserk, it's nice to be able to use the mstrike verb every once in a while, as it doesn't even take stamina to do so if you wait for the cool down.

Why wouldn't you want to train in it?

I would at least get double strike on 1 target, and to off set some of the FoF. Currently have enough ranks to focus 5 strikes on one target, I may get the last strike...

It was mostly in an effort/attempt to save some TPs. I used the cookie-cutter template (auto-assign) for my last warrior and by the time I was lvl 20, I was already behind 3 levels in training.

You should just go ahead and post your training.

2x dodge is a bit of a waste, especially if you plan on using a large size shield. And unless you are going to join Voln and use Voln fu then the brawling isn't really needed either.
Yeah that 2x dodge is awfully expensive. I didn't get there until at least 1m past cap. If you're using a shield, you'll definitely be ok with 1x.
You may want to think about whether you really need/want Trading, FA and survival as well.

THW here and I do ok with 1x dodge, you should be fine without it. Pick up parry and block mastery and you definitely won't need it. I would drop all of those tertiary skills as well, cut anything extra and put those TPs into 3x armor and at least 1x MOC.

I'd say drop brawling and go to 1x dodge... Unless you want to use a katar for whatever reason.

I think you're fine without more than a handful of it until you are say level 15. Once past that, it's one of the sexiest things we have as warriors. Let me tell you, a berserking twc warrior with a handaxe in each hand and say 100 ranks of MOC is a thing to behold. A frickin' blender on the battle field is what it is.
Disclaimer: TWC uphunting isn't going to work so well.

The brawling is for Voln-fu.
Thanks guys...You're golden.

Dodging x2
There's your problem right there. I would definitely drop this down to 1.5x max, 1x even better. Free up a ton of points. MOC is really key, in my opinion...there are limited options for a warrior for crowd control, and being able to Mstrike and stun a bunch of critters at once is pretty crucial as you get up in levels. And berserk is just...awesome.

I'm a bit late to the party but the one thing I didn't see mentioned (unless I missed it) is if you are going to go sword and board I'd drop dodge completely and triple shield then grab yourself a tower shield.
I went this route I have zero ranks of dodge fully tripled in shield and I'm almost 60 trains. Throw on maxed block and parry mastery and I block/parry near half of all attacks against a like level foe... and still a pretty decent precentage against a above level foe.
Remember that dodge doesn't help you dodge CMs (that's PT) and the heavier armor you wear the bigger the dodge pentalty gets anyway. If your a warrior using a shield at all I think dodge is a waste of points.

Messing around with a 2handers and berserk and at level 5 in grimswarm camps it's already disgustingly cool to be mstriking 5x in a row with a claid.
