Stunseed had a 13-0 or 14-0, and I believe someone else had a 13-0 once as well. It was pre-2008, so those spreadsheets are somewhere else.

I'd do it for a 16-0 week. 13-0 seems a lot more likely to happen sooner rather than later given how many people are consistently at 10-3 or 11-2

(With about 11 non-bye weeks per year and about 25 people picking per week, that works out to 1650 chances at the 16-0 over the 6 years I've been recording, so it makes sense we haven't seen one yet.) There are probably more interesting outcomes if we had occurrence rates for sure thing games, coin flip games, etc.
