New to Shattered

Hello,

Old time GS3/4 player looking to come back to the game. Very interested in Shattered...Always been a PVP fan myself. What classes are needed and could anyone help me out getting started...coins, gear, hunting scripts etc.

Welcome....

To get started scripting you'll need bigshot, herbheal, go2, waggle(if you're a caster). First get Lich installed then do

;repos download bigshot
;repos download go2

etc.

In the scripting section of these forums are instructions to get bigshot going(this is your hunting script).

Classes needed.... well, wizard buffs are always nice, I imagine a ranger casting mobiles on people would be awesome, I noticed there were only 2 sorcs logged on today(they aren't necessarily useful to the server but pretty limited). Warriors are on a low population last I checked.

You can ask on Lnet for gear or on here, people should hook you up and I will too if you post your ingame name.

This. If you want PvP go find a game designed for it. Gemstone ain't.

The extent of PVP here on shatted is you can at least do it, but don't expect to be running around having people kill all day. Maybe if the player base gets up but as it is now -- unlikely.

Hey all

Thanks for the responses. I'm in Shattered now on Demodrid. Got a bard started. 2handed atm. Switching to Polearm then Pure depending on how fast I level. Any gear, silvers etc appreciated to get me on my feet.
