Also always inspects as a handaxe no matter the FORM but still has correct DF and AvD's
So in a Nut shell Wspec1 to rank 5 for ALL 5 forms no need to wspec in other weapon bases
also talked to a GM to get this changed for a previous deal but they say it will stay inspected as a handaxe.... which could be a plus for some
