Can I get away with 0.5x in dodge as a sword and board rogue?

If you are getting spell ups from others, sure. If not, you'll need at least 2x. I'm training a rogue to be magical currently. I plan on getting to 406, while keeping 2x dodge, by level 18. After that, I'll start working on hiding and ambush.
