It doesn't appear to be a runstaff. It is a two hander something with a show.

The staff is surrounded by a dim scintillating light.
The ebon staff is decorated at the top with a crystal sphere clutched by the sharply taloned claw of a lich.

Pretty sure it's just a zested staff. I had one for a while, dunno if it's actually a THW but I could easily be wrong

Not sure how to really test a runestaff as both show as THW (if I'm not mistaken), but the easiest way I can think of is let a runestaff user check his defense compared to another runestaff.
