So anyway, now that I know more about my job...

I work in Communications and Tracking Operations (CATO, pronounced Kay-Toe). So far I've spent many an hour reading the Communications and Tracking Training Manual and I have a nice thick ISS FAM (International Space Station Familiarization) packet waiting for me when I'm done. I do get some hands-on type of training when my Supervisor is here, but the day after I started he decided to go to an interview for a higher position or whatever, so until he gets back tomorrow I get to get friendly with my manuals.

Lucky me, the Interns here have a ListServ set up for socializing and event planning and stuff. They eat lunch together everyday so me and the 2 interns I started here with are going to go hook up with them in about 10 minutes.

Aaannyywayy... enough procrastination for now. I should read this crap.

Oh yeah... and walking into the Flight Mission Control Center made me all dizzy because it was like WHOA I'M REALLY HERE.

Maybe I'll see if I can get a camera (assuming I buy one soon) in there and take some pictures. I'll definitely try and take some pics with the ISS Cameras and share them.

Tomorrow I'm probably going to go peek in the Shuttle Mission Control Center (The one that you see in the movies) and I'll sit at one of the seats and pretend I'm asploding Klaive's house.
