Buyouts are listed after the name, everything numbered is for sale for its buyout in Herektir's shop (Icemule), north room, the lich ID for the specific room is 15819.
I'm pretty sure there's a store-wide discount for rogues too, that's not up to me to set though.

Get that maul checked out. Found weapons with crit weighting tend to have somewhat or decent weighting if it's permanent.
