He's not screwed at all, you'll end up wishing for more str/con at later levels. You might even be wishing for it now. But thanks to fixstat, hope is not lost. He's completely viable though, the stat change would be more of a vanity thing. Get more demonology, it's way more handy than necro lore.

Depending on how you hunt (CS vs Bolt) I would say drop the spell aiming and get lots more sorc circle spells to raise your CS. Usually the rule of thumb, is to level with about +21 sorc ranks above your level for best returns on overtraining.

And what Reltov said about the stats, fixstat potions are expensive, but if you have a strong attachment to your char, it can make him/her perfectly viable again, though those stats shouldnt be too crippling for now.
