Hey, everyone's allowed one of these stupid appreciation posts and this one is mine.
I love Earl Grey tea. For years and years, it's been my favorite tea. Thing is, I'm not often a tea drinker so months might pass between cups. And then when I get a sore throat or some such, I'll make myself a cup of tea and rediscover the Earl Grey on my shelf all over again. Like (surprise, surprise) tonight.
9 out of 10 starship captains recommend Earl Grey tea!
So what's your favorite?

Most kinds of green tea are good.
Iced mainly. Lipton powder with lemon, Arizona raspberry, or, brew bag with cream and sugar.

Lipton Sweetened No Lemon (NOT Southern Style).. I'm totally addicted and have been for years now. I buy a few 6 packs a week of them.
Edit to add: That's an Iced Tea, if you didn't know.

if it ain't southern, it ain't iced tea. I should be able to go into a restaurant, ask for some sweet tea, and I should get a huge glass of sweetened southern iced tea put in front of me, not a "sorry, we only have unsweetened" or, "we only have hot tea". *fumes*

There are too many teas for me to pick my favorite, but I definitely have to say oolong is up there.
Oolong and darjeeling.
And I hate chai. I don't know who these fruitcakes are. Fess up!

Of the five teas on my shelf, English Breakfast is right next to the Earl Grey. The others are Lapsang Souchong for when I want somehting different, Celestial Seasoning's Sleepytime for when nothing else is working and Chai.

I like vanilla, Earl Grey, Formosa Oolong, and the estate Darjeelings best. I really liked Wagner's Rare Mandarin but Wagner's went out of the tea business for a lot of years and came back without it.
Now if you really like EG, Raven, you got to try this stuff. It ain't cheap but you'll never drink the regular EG again, swear to God.
Really Hot Shit Earl Grey, no fucking lie (http://www.harney.com/earlgreysupreme.html)

Way to take the less healthy approach.
Though I do want some. Maybe combine it with BUZZ Water....
I always thought it was funny or clever that Pennyroyal Tea cured minor head scars...

I like the Chinese black tea... "Uronchya" as it's called here.
I like green tea too.
Green tea speeds up your metabolism as well, for you health people out there.

I never knew there were that many variations of tea.
I stick to the raspberry, peach, and lemon iced tea from wawa.

And fer those of you who like green tea, a couple places I know make green Earl Grey. They just whomp some bergamot oil in jasmine tea or something like that. Try this:
